before the Board of Trade, the accompanying

copy of a despatch from the Officer

Administering the Government of Hong

Kong, regarding the proposal to transfer

the s.s."Innamincka" from the Australian

Register and to enquire whether, in the

event of the Commonwealth Government

allowing the transfer, the Government

of Hong Kong should, in the opinion of

the Board, allow registration of the

veasel in Hong Kong.
